Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- Secure Online Payments via third-party payment gateways
- Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and location
All transactions are processed securely. SURELINK IT does not store your card or banking information.
Payment Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to verify payment details before accepting an order.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Additional charges such as shipping or handling fees will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.
Refund Policy
NO FUND RETURN POLICY
Once a payment is successfully made:
- Payments are non-refundable
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified
- Refunds will not be provided for customer errors, change of mind, or incorrect order placement
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed:
- The refund process will be handled by the respective payment gateway
- Refund timelines depend on bank or gateway policies
- SURELINK IT is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions
COD Orders
For COD orders:
- Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery may result in account restrictions
